Philippe's Confectionery is named after my son. It has been my secret dream for almost a decade to have a little Chocolate and Candy Business. I hope that my fun and whimsical imagination translates into each and every Chocolatey Delight. Whether or not my son develops a love for making Chocolate and or Candy, I hope that he learns to dream big and chase those dreams. After all, the only failure would be not trying at all.
