We are not responsible in delays caused by postal services or lost and damage, but in most cases we are more than happy and ready to assist in finding the best solution to keep you satisfied.
We do not own rights to the characters we use to create "Mouse-Mallows," "Bear Brownies," & "Miss Mouse Cereal Bars."
Any hate speech, bullying, defamation, or slander will not be tolerated and legal action will be taken if necessary.
We reserve the right to refuse service or disabled accounts if and when we feel it is necessary to protect our business.
If you have special dietary needs that need special attention and care, please make sure you reach out to us prior to purchase so we are aware and can make sure that we can properly prepare and take care of your needs. Please note that this may add a day or two to the order depending on the needs of your order.
Return and Refund Policy
You have 7 days from the time your order states delivered to reach out for a replacement or refund.
In the event your order is lost in transit please reach out for assistance and possible replacement.
If you receive a damaged order, please contact us and submit pictures of the damages so that we can best assist you.
To initiate a return for a replacement or refund, please contact us via email, telephone, or chat. We will get back to you ASAP.
Should we agree upon a partial or full refund, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process based on your financial institution.
